The question this week is:
Happy Father's Day! Who is your favorite dad character in a book and why?
My answer:
The first dad that popped up in my head was Aiden (I hope I spelled it right), the father of Kaylee from Rachel Vincent's Soul Screamers series. He had left Kaylee to the care of his brother for 16 years. But now that she needs him, he's back. And he's devoted to her completely. I understood his reasons for leaving, but better yet, I loved him that he is now here with her. He's truly an amazing dad character :)
Well, that's my answer, what's yours?
That's right I forgot all about him... although he was absent for many years, he turned out to be a pretty good dad.

DeleteYeah, I suppose he's a good guy for that. I was still miffed that he was gone in the first place! But I do like that he's become more of a dad in the series! It's a really awesome one! Hope you get to the next books really soon!

ReplyDeleteHmm, no one else has had a problem like this... That's pretty weird. Perhaps your browser doesn't support the font or something. And it's Times New Roman, so you shouldn't really have a problem.
